1. The issue with this bike is if you use it regularly like 3-4 times a week for 30-45 min each time, it will break in 6 months. There are consistent reviews from folks in the negative review section who talk specifically about the left crank and pedal coming loose. It’s a known issue that the company refuses to fix. I myself had this issue and emailed them within the warranty window. They did a go around with me for months, refusing to answer in a timely way, not helping me find info like the serial number and parts numbers that I apparently needed to submit etc even tho I asked multiple times for assistance, until the warranty window closed and then they make you pay for everything. So suggestion - go with another bike. This company is terrible
